Maxiforce is a family owned and operated company specializing in the distribution of diesel engine parts. We are seeking an experienced Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to oversee daily shipping and receiving operations in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise shipping and/or receiving activities (receiving, picking, packing, shipping)
- Lead, train, and supervise a staff of 3-6 people
- Ensure accurate, timely inbound and outbound shipments
- Manage inventory movement, accuracy, and organization within the warehouse
- Enforce safety procedures and company policies
- Communicate workflow and staffing needs to upper management
Requirements:
- 3 years warehouse experience required
- 3 years experience supervising or managing employees required
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
This is a full time position. Shift is currently 7:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday. Saturday hours may be required based on seasonal demand.
