Maxie Price RV is seeking a highly motivated and proven Sales Manager to lead, develop, and grow our sales team.
This is not a “sit in the office” management position. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can drive performance, train and motivate sales staff, hold people accountable, improve processes, and help build a high-performance dealership culture.
The ideal candidate is energetic, competitive, organized, and capable of leading by example.
RV, automotive, powersports, marine, or dealership sales management experience is strongly preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Managing and leading the dealership sales team
• Training and developing new and existing sales staff
• Monitoring lead follow-up, CRM activity, and customer communication
• Helping close deals and structure transactions when needed
• Maintaining accountability and sales process consistency
• Assisting with inventory merchandising and online presentation
• Helping oversee Facebook Marketplace ads, digital marketing efforts, and promotional videos
• Motivating staff and driving dealership performance
• Managing customer satisfaction and resolving escalated situations professionally
• Working directly with ownership and other department managers to improve operations and profitability
