Compensation:
$50,000 - $125,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Leverage strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential car sales customers
- Coordinate test drives, demonstrations, and presentations with professionalism and courtesy
- Ensuring accurate recordkeeping within the customer database to support automotive sales
- Adhere to dealership standards and policies of superb customer satisfaction throughout the sales and negotiation process
- Field inquiries about new and used cars, vehicle performance, purchasing processes to uphold customer satisfaction
- Communicate with customers through email and phone calls in order to schedule appointments for customers to visit the store by performing the following duties
- Respond to customer requests from the Internet lead system and gather information from the customer about the make, type, and quality of vehicle desired; trade-in details; customer’s goals
Qualifications:
- Strong time management, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must to uphold customer satisfaction
- A valid state-issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required
- Preferred sales associate experience within an auto dealership setting
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred; high school diploma or GED equivalent mandatory
