About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join our team in Simi Valley. This role is essential in supporting the daily administrative operations of our medical supply office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and route messages appropriately
- Verify insurance authorizations and eligibility
- Follow up with providers for updated orders or prescriptions
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and documentation
Requirements:
- Experience Recommended: Prior work in a medical supply office or similar healthcare setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Schedule:
- Part-time: Approximately 35 hours per week
- On-site position (this is not a remote role)
