Role Description
This full-time Human Resources Manager role is based in Irvine, CA and operates as an on-site position. The HR Manager will oversee the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs, ensuring alignment with company goals. Responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance evaluations, compliance with labor laws, office operations as well as company culture enhancement. Additionally, the HR Manager will support organizational development initiatives and create a positive and productive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Strong HR Management skills, including recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development and office operation experience
- Knowledge of local labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices
- Experience with performance evaluations and HR systems or software
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years' exprience as HR specialist and/or manager is a must
- A good knowledge about both American and Chinese working culture is preferred
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
- Experience in technology-focused companies or similar industries is a plus
