Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track interactions effectively.
- Engage in warm calling to follow up on previous inquiries and nurture relationships.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills while negotiating terms and addressing client needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align telemarketing efforts with overall business strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Identify opportunities for business development through effective inside sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- A background in lead generation is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment.
