Previous supplement or nutrition knowledge is preferred, but a strong willingness to learn is equally important.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every customer and create a positive, high-energy store experience
• Ask questions to understand customers’ goals and recommend appropriate products
• Educate customers on supplements, high-protein meals, drinks, snacks, and other store products
• Prepare smoothies, protein blends, bowls, and other menu items accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and customer-ready store
• Operate the POS system and accurately process cash, card, refund, and exchange transactions
• Follow FIFO procedures for meals, drinks, and inventory rotation
• Restock products and communicate when inventory or supplies are running low
• Follow all recipes, food-safety procedures, and MAXFIT operating standards
• Support teammates and step into different responsibilities during busy periods
• Represent MAXFIT through your attitude, appearance, work ethic, and customer service

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, remain organized, and perform under pressure
• Ability to accept coaching and apply feedback
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed
• Interest or experience in fitness, supplements, sports, or nutrition is preferred
• Retail, food-service, sales, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required

Work Environment

• High-energy and fast-paced retail environment
• Frequent interaction with customers and team members
• Requires standing and moving for extended periods
• Requires cleaning, restocking, and preparing food and drinks
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move merchandise and store supplies as needed
