Copy of Owner Services Representative (Part Time)

Edgewater Beach Resort is seeking a proactive and personable Owner Services Representative to join our team. This part-time position plays an important role in supporting resort operations and providing exceptional service to property owners, vendors, and guests.

The Owner Services Representative serves as a friendly and reliable point of contact while helping maintain a welcoming, organized, and secure environment.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Assist property owners with questions and coordinate requests with the appropriate departments.
• Answer incoming calls professionally, provide accurate information, and route messages as needed.
• Track inquiries and communicate with team members to ensure timely follow-up.
• Issue access passes to authorized individuals in accordance with established security protocols.
• Maintain accurate communication logs throughout each shift and during shift transitions.
• Support the Welcome Center during peak periods by assisting with entry, check-in procedures, and general guest inquiries.
• Coordinate lunch and break coverage to maintain uninterrupted service.
• Follow established operational procedures, emergency communication protocols, and management approval requirements.
• Accurately clock in and out through Paylocity, including for scheduled breaks, and follow established procedures for requesting time off.

• Availability to work both Saturdays and Sundays is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and solution-oriented when handling questions or concerns.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication with the team.
• Dependable, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to follow established procedures, security requirements, and operational protocols.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred.
• Ability to work eight-hour shifts in an in-person resort environment.
