Skills
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational capabilities.
- Supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for payroll processing and financial recordkeeping.
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to interact confidently with vendors, clients, and team members.
- Strong event planning skills to organize meetings, corporate events, and training sessions.
- Knowledge of human resources practices including onboarding, employee development, and HR compliance.
- Experience with budgeting, bookkeeping, vendor management, and office supply procurement.
- Familiarity with medical office management or healthcare environments is a plus but not required.
- Ability to manage schedules efficiently using calendar management tools; multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional clerical skills including filing systems, data entry, and front desk operations.
