MaxCare is currently seeking a hardworking and motivated Water Mitigation Lead Technicians.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and a problem solver. Great communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a steady completion of workload in a timely manner are the keys to success.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality water mitigation services
- Water extraction and drying of affected areas
- Execute mold remediation process to ensure safe and effective removal of hazardous materials
- Performing demolition tasks
· Utilize hand tools and equipment for various restoration tasks while adhering to safety protocols
- Cleaning up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged
- Setting up and monitoring drying equipment
- Follow company guidelines for proper drying techniques
- Setting up containment, decontaminating, setting up/monitoring remediation equipment
- Perform job cleanup and breakdown
- Complete work in crawl spaces and attics when necessary
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding the mitigation process and provide updates on progress
- Maintain progress logs, document all processes with company forms, detail pictures by using mobile devices and applications to report and record daily activity
Physical Demands
- Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force routinely, and/or 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Ascends/descends ladders, stairs, scaffoldings, and the like, using feet and legs and/or hands and arms.
Wage: $20.00 - $24.00 Water Mitigation Technician
$25-$30 Water Mitigation Lead Technician

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
