Residential Manager

We are seeking people who are leaders, dependable, self-motivated, organized, and detail orientated to perform Residential Manager responsibilities to assist Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
Compensation:
- $41,600 to $49,920 (Depending on experience)
- $20.00/hr - $24.00/hr
- Monthly Performance Bonuses (Average additional $3K-$4.5k per year!)
Basic Qualifications:
- 1 Year of experience caregiving for those with developmental disabilities.
- 1 Year of management experience.
- Or Bachelor's degree in a related field. (Only required if applicant does not have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.)
- Must be 18 or over.
- Must pass 10 ct drug test.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license (with no DWI/DUI in last 5 years)
- Pass state and Federal Background Check

Responsibilities include:
- Having great organizational and time management skills
- Communicating courteously with co-workers and IDT
- Must be able to perform and demonstrate all duties of Direct Support Professional
- Medication oversight (ordering, inventory and administration)
- Assist in the coordination of weekly program needs, activity scheduling, cooking, and cleaning
- Oversee food and monthly house cash management
- Learn all paperwork requirements
- Attend medical appointments for individuals and follow up as necessary
- Home oversight: maintenance, safety, and cleanliness
- Compliance with all agency, DDSD, and HCA policies
- Follows directives from direct supervisor and administration as necessary
Shifts:
- Monday: 1:00PM - 9:00PM, Tuesday-Friday, 2:15 pm to 9:00 pm
- On call
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
