What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor landscape technicians
- Manage job site setup, execution, and cleanup
- Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across all projects
- Track labor, materials, and equipment daily
- Communicate with leadership and support crew development
- 2–3 years of landscape experience (required)
- 1 year of leadership experience (preferred)
- Valid driver's license
- Strong team management and attention to detail
