As a Recruiter you will be looking for quality truck drivers to add to our family!
- Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing strategies
- Screen and interview qualified candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with drivers
- Perform various marketing & promotion related activities
- Seek to gain knowledge and generate referrals and leads
Qualifications needed:
Excellent communication skills – written and oral
Must be highly organized and able to multi-task effectively
