Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and receipts
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to attract customer attention
- Assist with stocking, inventory management, and ensuring the store remains clean and inviting
- Handle customer inquiries via phone with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Support supervising staff in training new team members and maintaining high service standards
Experience
- Prior retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic math for transactions is advantageous
