WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
You'll get an enticing benefits package and paid training! You will work Monday - Friday and some Saturdays.
All that you need is:
- Comfortable on ladders and able to work on a roof
- Ability to work overtime during the peak season
- Must be able to work outside in any weather
- A current valid driver's license is required
- Construction Background is a plus!
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist our experienced technicians with a wide range of duties, including inspecting, sweeping, repairs, crown repairs, crown rebuilds, cap installation, repointing work, tuckpointing work, and flashing services. As a growing company, we believe in investing in our team members and providing them with the necessary resources to develop their trade skills. We have established an apprenticeship program designed to train and mentor individuals, with the goal of eventually transitioning them into the role of a lead field technician. As an apprentice, you will play an integral role in maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will actively participate in meetings, follow instructions diligently, and assist your team members whenever possible.
