Join MAX Surgical Specialty Management, an innovative leader in the healthcare industry, as we embark on an exhilarating journey of growth and expansion! We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Finance Team as an Accounting Representative.
What You'll Do:
The Accounting Representative will be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing invoices received by the Finance Team.
The successful candidate will be able to:
-Monitor the Accounts Payable (AP) inbox and respond to questions
-Process AP invoices
-Complete applications and information requests sent to Finance
-Review Finance mail for processing
-Manage vendor relationships to ensure account information is accurate
-Assist Senior Accountants with data requests
-Assist CFO and Controller, as necessary
-Perform any and all other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring:
-Associate’s degree, or equivalent training
-1-3 years of previous Accounts Payable processing experience
-Basic entry-level accounting knowledge required
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
-Self-starter
-Experience using Sage Intacct and Bill.com preferred
-Effective critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication and leadership skills
-Must be detail-oriented and thorough with excellent organizational skills
