We are looking for a 2nd shift Make-Ready Technician for Flexographic Press Support.
Responsibilities
- Prepare materials for press runs (plates, dies, inks, substrates)
- Mount plates and dies to job specifications
- Assist with mixing
- Stage raw materials for upcoming jobs
- Review job tickets to confirm accurate setup
- Assist with registration and test prints
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Coordinate with press operators for smooth changeovers
- Follow all safety and conduct guidelines
- Perform basic press maintenance
- Monitor print setup for quality standards
- Contribute to safety, quality, and process improvement
Qualifications/Skills Required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Applicants should have prior offset printing experience, including knowledge of plate mounting, ink / color matching, foil stamping, die cutting
- Possess excellent computer skills
- Ability to lift 10 - 15 pounds continuously with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift
- Must have good color vision
- Must have good mathematical skills
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, grasp and reach frequently
- Must be able to perform well under deadline constraints and meet quality standards
- Must be detail oriented and have excellent, quality driven work habits
- Must be able to work with and around inks, solvents, and other chemicals
- Willingness to work overtime when needed, including weekends
- Ability to work well with others and in a diverse workforce environment
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without restriction

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
