Responsibilities
- Coordinate the development and distribution of marketing samples, ensuring timely delivery.
- Work with product management and sales to learn constantly changing product specifications
- Manage inventory levels of samples, track samples delivery using delivery software.
- Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning software to obtain product specifications.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing marketing or advertising samples within a fast-paced environment
- Use of Microsoft Office, and any other computer applications related to marketing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams including product management, sales, and external vendors
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and project coordination
