Duties
- Greet clients and guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, appointment scheduling, and event bookings efficiently
- Coordinate spa party details, including setting up event spaces, assisting with decorations, and ensuring all activities run smoothly
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, client information, and party reservations using computer skills and office management tool
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions promptly, offering information about services, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and QuickBooks entry to keep financial records up to date
Qualifications
- Prior experience in front desk reception or office management roles is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems; bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse clients
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional appearance
