Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
• Assist customers with menu selections and answer any questions regarding food items.
• Process orders accurately using the POS system, ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Handle cash and perform basic math calculations for transactions.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any customer concerns promptly.
• Support sales initiatives by promoting daily specials and upselling menu items.

Experience

• Previous experience in a café or restaurant is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on helping others.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with food safety practices is an advantage.
• Experience using POS sale systems is a plus but not mandatory.
