What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Bartender position at Max & Leo's?
Max & Leo's is a family owned and operated fast casual restaurant specializing in Coal Fired Pizza & Wings. We are rooted in a strong base of regular guests who have come to expect continued exceptional service and conversation. You will quickly feel like family as well. Dinner hours are extremely busy and require a great deal of experience to seamlessly manage customer expectation and kitchen production while making amazing drinks.
Hours are Monday - Thursday 3:30pm-9:30/10pm. Weekends 11am-10pm and Sunday 11am-9pm. Position is a mix of weekday and weekend shifts 35-40hours/week. As a small restaurant with 50 seats some shifts include taking tables so this must be acceptable to all candidates. We work as a team with ample support staff to ensure the best customer service possible.
