Max Home Services is a premier home service provider dedicated to offering top-tier solutions for homeowners in need of reliable, efficient, and professional services. With a reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction, we are expanding to Orlando and are looking for an innovative, experienced, and driven CEO to lead our new location to success.

Position Overview:

The CEO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Orlando branch, including business development, strategic planning, operations, and team leadership. The CEO will report to the board and work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure the company’s growth, profitability, and strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the Orlando location’s operations, including marketing, sales, customer service, staffing, and financial management.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow and enhance Max Home Services’ presence in the Orlando market.
• Cultivate a positive company culture focused on integrity, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with local partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
• Drive performance metrics, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent to build a high-performing team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CEO or in other senior leadership roles in a service-based business, preferably in home services or related industries.
• Strong business acumen with experience in developing and executing strategic initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing operational challenges.
• Knowledge of the Orlando market and community is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
