This position will get a base salary commission, which will amount to about $45,000 - $65,000 per year. As a team member you'll be able to enjoy benefits such as discounted health insurance with a stipend, 6 paid holidays, monthly performance bonuses, a Simple IRA w/ 3% company match, paid continuing education, in-office wellness bucks, and paid vacation after 1 year.
This position will work a flexible schedule. Typically, you'll work regular business hours, but occasionally, you'll need to work events or attend seminars (up to 1 weekend and 2 evenings per month).

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
Your role involves managing an organized marketing calendar, creating engaging visuals, and composing social media content. Dive into persuasive email campaigns and lead Google Ads and Social Media Ads initiatives. Networking and public speaking are your strengths, showcasing your ability to close appointments with charisma. As a self-leader, propel our mission to fill our calendar with new patients, guiding them toward renewed health. Here's what we need from you:
- College degree OR 2 years of experience in marketing or public relations
- Experience with crafting social media, email, and website content
- Experience with capturing videos and photos
- Experience with public speaking
- Able to work weekends (1x/mo) & evenings (2x/mo)
Additionally, previous customer service or sales experience is preferred.
