- Member Interaction: Greet and check in members and guests, answer phone calls, and respond to member inquiries about facilities, classes, and policies.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as filing paperwork, and maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Financial Transactions: Process payments for memberships, services, and merchandise, ensuring accurate records.
