- Have a positive, upbeat personality & attitude, and be genuinely invested in your members’ needs and goals
- Are reliable, committed and dependable
- Will be actively engaged in building our brand through member engagement, social media and grassroots marketing
- Are always looking to learn and improve
- Are group fitness or personal trainer certified by an accredited organization (preferred but not mandatory)
- Will have a current AED/CPR certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Hourly Rate $18-$25
