Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Associate Attorney at Max Factor Law. The Associate will be responsible for managing a caseload of family law matters, including paternity, child custody, alimony, and child support. The responsibilities include drafting legal documents, participating in mediation sessions, representing clients in court, and negotiating settlements. This is an on-site role located in Tallahassee, FL.
Qualifications
- Experience in family law, including paternity, child custody, alimony, and child support cases
- Skills in drafting legal documents and court orders
- Ability to participate in mediation and negotiate settlements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Membership in good standing with The Florida Bar
