We are actively seeking a Retail Merchandising and Direct to Store Delivery (DSD) Representative to join our team in the Austin Texas area to provide top tier customer service to a key high-volume customer with convenience store locations throughout the Austin market. Your Role as A Retail Merchandising Representative:
- Build/Maintain Positive Professional Relationships with Store Managers and Team Members
- Deliver a variety of products directly to assigned stores within the Austin Market
- Check and count Inventory Levels, Restock Product, Fulfill Orders, and Submit Post-Visit Reports
- Create Invoices for Re-Stock Orders and Ensure Timely, Accurate Deliveries
- Main Product Displays and signage and Ensure Planogram Accuracy for Each Assigned Store
Role Requirement
- 2–3 years of experience in DSD delivery and retail merchandising with strong customer service skills
- Professional work ethic with solid time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for daily work tasks
- Physically able to lift 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to climb and work at heights ranging from 9 to 12 feet
- Ability to frequently stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Must reside within the assigned territory
- Valid U.S. driver's license in good standing for at least 3 years
- Willingness to travel overnight up to 30% and outside assigned geography with advance notice (travel expenses reimbursed)
- Ability to work independently with integrity, professionalism, and strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable engaging in professional selling conversations with retail store personnel
- Ability to complete multiple store visits daily and drive up to 100 miles per day
- Ability to inspect, stock, and maintain merchandise and advertising displays
- Must be 18 years of age or older
