About Us
Max Built Manufacturing is a family-owned trailer manufacturer in Chatsworth, Georgia. Our trailers are sold through our six dealership locations. We’re growing quickly and building out our finance team, and this is a chance to learn accounting hands-on while helping shape how our processes work.
About the Role
We’re looking for someone early in their career, whether you’re a recent graduate or have a year or two of experience. You’ll handle day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable and work closely with our finance leadership. We’ll train you on our systems and processes. What matters most is that you’re organized, dependable and detail-oriented.
What You’ll Do
- Enter, code and process vendor invoices in QuickBooks Online
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving records, and track due dates
- Prepare vendor payments and keep payment records organized
- Record customer and dealership payments and keep receivables current
- Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on discrepancies
- Answer vendor and internal questions about invoices and payments
- Help move paper records and processes to electronic systems
- Support month-end close and reporting as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business, or equivalent experience
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; 0–2 years of AP, AR or bookkeeping experience preferred
- Basic understanding of debits, credits and the accounting cycle
- Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow a process consistently
- Clear communicator who asks questions and follows through
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
