Role Description This is a remote, contract Foreman role responsible for overseeing wireless installation and maintenance projects from planning through completion. The Foreman will coordinate and supervise certified installation technicians, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in alignment with project specifications and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing project plans, assigning work, monitoring progress, resolving site issues, and communicating updates to project managers and clients. The Foreman will also support field teams with technical guidance related to DAS, small cell, and related infrastructure, and verify that all work meets safety regulations and company procedures. Documentation of completed work, basic scheduling, and collaboration with design and tech support teams are key parts of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and on-site coordination of technicians.
- Experience working around or with heavy equipment and related safety practices in construction or telecom environments.
