The Community Company builds premium private communities for people in finance. Our flagship, Aces, is a curated network of 150 venture capitalists; our second community, Insiders, serves 80 institutional LPs.
We're hiring an Associate to join one of three teams, Product, Growth, or Operations, based on your strengths and where you'd thrive.
What that looks like, depending on team:
- Product: organizing and running intimate dinner parties across NY and SF, planning our annual trips to destinations like Bozeman and Jackson Hole, coordinating member programming, and more.
- Growth: helping us source the best investors in the world, managing our pipeline, scheduling intro calls, researching prospective members, and running onboarding from acceptance through billing.
- Operations: helping make the whole company run, invoices, expenses, monthly close with our accountants, clean billing and member data. The machine hums because of you.
Who does well here: You're detail-obsessed, reliable, and highly relational. You love people. You take real pride in making something great. Work is a central pillar of your life right now. You don't have years of experience; but you're the kind of person things can be handed to.
Compensation & benefits: $60,000-$80,000 annually depending on experience, health insurance, and meaningful ownership of your lane fast, on a five-person team, you'll be trusted with more in three months than most companies give in three years. Full-time, in person at our Venice office.
