Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain the store parking lot by:
Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or GED is preferred.
Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
This job requires repeated bending, standing, reaching and lifting.
Occasional climbing and working on a ladder
Maintain the store parking lot by:
- sweeping lot daily, treating oil stains on lot
- Change oil filters
- Change air filters
- Change light bulbs as needed
- picking up trash and liter in the landscape
- pulling weeds
- mowing grass
- emptying garbage cans and replacing trash bags
- changing window washing fluid
- ensuring squeegees and paper towels are at each bay
- ensuring the gas pumps are clean and all signage is readable and neat
- ensure the gas islands are free of trash
- ensure air and water services are available and in good working condition
Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or GED is preferred.
