HVAC Installation Technician
Max Air HVAC LLC – Indianapolis, IN
Full-time | Up to $1,600 per week (based on experience)
Bonus pay available for upselling | On-call rotation required

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance, tune-ups, and emergency service calls
- Recommend additional products or services when appropriate (bonus eligible)
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
- Complete service paperwork with accuracy
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours work
- Keep your work vehicle organized and presentable
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC install/service experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Personal HVAC toolset
- Ability to work independently and handle after-hours calls on rotation
Preferred:
- 4 years of HVAC install/service experience
- Jobber or similar work-order software experience
- EPA 608 Certification (Type I & II)
- NATE certification or advanced HVAC training
- Experience with ductless, packaged, or mobile home systems
- Previous upsell or customer service success
