Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic team member who is available to work on weekends, holidays, and some weekdays. This role includes the following key responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and welcoming customers
- Leading facility tours for guests
- Managing the employee schedule for the upcoming week
- Retaining and accurately recalling all company information
- Operating our custom POS system to book parties
- Keeping detailed records and following up with customers regarding their reservations
- Processing payments and upselling party packages
- Handling basic social media tasks
- Performing light cleaning and upkeep to maintain the facility
- Managing credit card transactions
- Responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, requests, and bookings
- Ensuring seamless party operations, managing staff, and engaging with customers
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Excellent memory retention and attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
- A genuine love for working with children
- Outstanding organizational and administrative skills
- Dedication to maintaining a safe and clean environment (ability to lift up to 40 lbs)
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in independent work
