Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions that align with business and regulatory requirements. The candidate will work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and SOQL/SOSL
Lead end-to-end Salesforce development including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, triggers, and integrations
Customize and enhance Salesforce Lightning Experience
Develop and support Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and external systems
Implement Salesforce security model including roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security
Perorm code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to Salesforce governor limits
Support deployment activities using Change Sets, Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal downtime
Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into technical solutions
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers
Create and maintain technical documentation
Ensure compliance with organizational and state IT policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
8 years of overall IT experience with 5 years of Salesforce development
Strong hands-on experience with:
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce
Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud
Flows (Screen, Record-Triggered, Scheduled)
Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and security architecture
Experience with Git or other version control systems
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
