Mavix Cleaning is hiring a reliable Part-Time / On-Call Cleaning Technician to help as work continues to grow. This position is flexible and great for someone looking for consistent side income with the opportunity for more hours over time.
You’ll help clean residential homes and small commercial spaces, sometimes independently and sometimes with a team. We provide supplies, equipment, and training.
Responsibilities General residential and commercial cleaning Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Bathroom and kitchen cleaning Trash removal and basic organizing Following cleaning checklists and company standards Showing up on time and communicating clearly
Requirements Valid driver’s license Reliable vehicle and transportation to jobs Able to work independently and with a team Comfortable with physical work including standing, bending, and lifting Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional
Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person.
Schedule & Pay Flexible part-time / on-call schedule Mostly daytime hours $18–$22/hour based on reliability and performance Paid weekly Keep 100% of your tips
