We're looking for motivated, outgoing, and career-driven individuals to join our growing Human Resources team as Entry-Level Recruitment Specialists at our Operations Support Center in White Plains, NY.

No previous recruiting experience is required. We will train the right candidate.

What You'll Do

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play an active role in helping Mavis identify and hire talented individuals to join our growing team. You'll receive hands-on training and experience throughout the recruiting and hiring process.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing applications and resumes
• Sourcing candidates for open positions
• Contacting prospective candidates and conducting initial phone screenings
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews
• Partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Posting and maintaining employment advertisements
• Recruiting candidates through Indeed and other platforms
• Managing candidates through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Assisting with employment offers and new-hire onboarding
• Supporting additional recruiting and Human Resources initiatives

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who are:

• Recent college graduates or early-career professionals interested in Human Resources and Recruiting
• Energetic, personable, and comfortable speaking with people throughout the day
• Strong verbal and written communicators
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated to learn and build a long-term career with Mavis

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Previous Human Resources or recruiting experience is not required.
