The Role
We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to qualify and book calls with serious construction business owners.
You’ll work:
• Inbound leads (forms, booked calls, warm traffic)
• Outbound outreach (targeted contractors we want to work with)
Your job is simple:
• Follow up fast
• Ask smart questions
• Control the conversation
• Book qualified calls
You are not hard-closing deals.
You are setting the table for closers by qualifying correctly.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Calling and texting inbound leads within minutes
• Qualifying contractors based on:
• Revenue
• Job size
• Market
• Marketing pain
• Willingness to invest
• Booking qualified calls on the calendar
• Running outbound outreach to targeted construction companies
• Keeping CRM clean and updated (GoHighLevel)
• Following simple scripts — but thinking like a human

Requirements
• SDR or inside sales experience (agency or service-based preferred)
• Comfortable making calls and sending texts
• Strong verbal communication (clear, confident, direct)
• Organized and self-managed
• Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM is a plus

Compensation (Very Competitive)
We pay for results, not seat time.
Base Pay
• $15–$20/hour (part-time to start)
Commission
• $200–$300 per deal closed
(Our core offer is ~$2,000/month)
OTE Example
• 10 deals/month → $2,000–$3,000 in commission
• 15 deals/month → $3,000–$4,500 in commission
• Plus base pay on top
Strong performers can quickly move to:
• Higher commissions
• Full-time
• Senior SDR / Setter Lead role
