Location/Schedule
This role is based at our Salt Lake City Headquarters and follows a hybrid schedule with four days in-office and one remote day each week. Travel to job sites is required as needed and may include occasional overnight or daily travel, up to 30% of the time.

What You’ll Do In This Role
- Coordinate efforts between architects and engineers as architectural engineering drawings are created
- Coordinate with governing agencies for permitting of smaller scale minor construction projects, and remodels, including but not limited to, store and fuel reconstruction projects
- Coordinate bidding process, including but not limited to, collecting & reviewing bids, providing recommendations regarding which bid(s) are accepted, and participating in the final bid acceptance decision-making process
- Manage smaller scale minor construction projects, including but not limited to, store and fuel reconstruction projects, to ensure that projects are completed per project specs, on time, and on budget
- Provide value engineering recommendations for projects and bring recommendations to the team
You’ll be a great fit for this adventure if you have:
- 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in MS Office, including intermediate-level Excel skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a College, University, or Technical School preferred; an Associate’s Degree in a related field may also be considered.
