Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 /hr. DOE and Bonus Opportunities

Position Summary & Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- The Facilities Technician 1 is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance across Maverik store facilities and equipment. This role supports operational uptime by handling electrical, plumbing, structural, and mechanical repairs while ensuring equipment and building systems operate safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on store equipment and building systems.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and repair or replace defective parts using hand and power tools.
- Complete basic trade work including electrical, plumbing, wiring, and equipment repairs.
- Maintain and repair specialized food service equipment and machinery.
- Review gauges, indicators, and testing devices to ensure proper equipment functionality.
- Perform general building repairs including drywall, roofing, flooring, painting, doors, windows, and structural upkeep.
- 1 years of maintenance, facilities, mechanical, or related technical experience.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing building systems, equipment, or machinery.
- Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience using ticket management systems such as ServiceNow or Cherwell.
- Experience supporting food service equipment or multi-site facility operations
