Position Summary & Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Pay Range: $58,000 - $70,000 DOE and Bonus Opportunities

Position Summary & Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- The Business Intelligence Analyst builds and maintains analytics assets, partners with stakeholders to address reporting needs, and leverages the Looker platform to automate calculations and improve reporting processes across the organization.
- Build and maintain analytics tools and dashboards to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and track KPIs
- Collaborate with the data team and other technical experts to understand complex data sets
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into reporting solutions
- Administer, maintain, and optimize the Looker platform
- Automate calculations and reporting processes to improve efficiency and decision-making
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance reporting, analytics, and business insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1 years of relevant analytical or BI experience
- Experience with data visualization and reporting platforms (Looker preferred)
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable data solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Experience automating reporting processes or building complex calculations
- Prior exposure to business performance analysis or KPI tracking
- Advanced Excel, SQL, or other analytical tool proficiency
