- Effective Problem Solving: Possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize and analyze an issue while creating effective solutions.
- Experience: 1 year of supervisory experience (preferred).
- Food Safety Certification: Must obtain and maintain the food safety certification required by the applicable state or local jurisdiction.
- Champion GET: Champion Maverik’s GET (Greet, Engage, and Thank) customer service expectations by modeling the behaviors, coaching Team Members on consistent execution, and holding the team accountable for a welcoming and engaging customer experience.
- Lead by Example: Jump in alongside your team when needed and help ensure the store and Food Service operation are running smoothly.
- Team Development: Assist with the training, mentoring, and supervision of all Team Members.

- This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. - Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
