This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesforce Administrator based in New York, NY, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Salesforce Administrator will manage the organization's Salesforce environment, including creating and optimizing validation rules, building dashboards, and ensuring data integrity. Day-to-day responsibilities include user support, system maintenance, implementing platform updates, and collaborating with teams to enhance system efficiency.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com Administration, including managing user accounts, workflows, and permissions
- Knowledge of Validation Rules and Dashboard creation for accurate reporting and analytics
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess system performance and identify improvement opportunities
