Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-Commerce Growth Specialist (Shopify) located in Scottsdale,AZ. The specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing Mavericks online store, driving e-commerce growth through effective strategies, analyzing sales data, and implementing marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include updating product listings, enhancing user experiences, monitoring key performance metrics, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to boost online revenue. The role demands creativity, detail orientation, and a customer-centric approach to deliver superior online shopping experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies tailored for Shopify-powered online stores, focusing on increasing traffic, conversions, and customer engagement.
• Utilize SEO tools and perform keyword research to enhance organic search rankings and improve content visibility across search engines.
• Implement conversion optimization techniques by analyzing user behavior, A/B testing, and refining website layouts to maximize sales performance.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, META Advertising, and SEM channels, continuously optimizing for ROI.
• Create compelling content including product descriptions, banners, email marketing campaign.
• Use analytics tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms to monitor performance metrics, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Maintain website content management systems (CMS) such as Shopify backend, ensuring accurate product listings and seamless user experience.
• Conduct technical SEO audits involving HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL queries to identify issues and implement solutions that improve site health.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in e-commerce growth roles with a strong understanding of Shopify platform management.
• Proficiency with SEO tools , Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and marketing automation software.
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing strategies.
• Technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website optimization and troubleshooting purposes.
• Expertise in content creation, copywriting, graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite or Photoshop for campaign assets.
• Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress or other e-commerce CMS platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable growth initiatives.
