Accounting Operations Professional
We’re looking for an experienced accounting professional who understands end-to-end accounting workflows and can take full ownership of our accounting operations.
This role is best suited for someone who has already owned accounting processes, is comfortable operating independently from day one, and has the confidence to make informed decisions.
What you’ll do:
- Own and manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Ensure accurate, timely handling of payments, invoices, and account activity
- Monitor balances, resolve discrepancies, and follow up as needed
- Maintain clean, organized financial records
- Identify process gaps and help improve workflows
What we’re looking for:
- Solid experience across core accounting functions
- Strong understanding of accounting processes and controls
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and accountable
- Self-starter who can think critically and work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
