What are the responsibilities and job description for the Systems and Network Administrator position at Maverick Technology Partners?

Hybrid (2-3 days on-site in Cambridge, MA) Full-time role.

Must be able to work without sponsorship

Project Details: Ongoing ownership of infrastructure post-contractor work — maintain/optimize server network, manage SaaS/IaaS integrations, Azure/M365, security & PCI compliance, vendor management, support 120 users.

Must Haves: 5 years IT infrastructure/sysadmin, generalist mindset (NOT hyper-specialized Fortune 500 background), Windows Server (2012/2016), Meraki (LAN wifi), Azure M365 admin, network fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, VPN), PCI-DSS or compliance framework, comfortable owning problems end-to-end, smaller org or non-profit background preferred

Nice to Haves: Azure certifications, SASE/ZTNA experience, Hyper-V or VMware, SQL Server basics, PowerShell/Terraform/Ansible, ITIL knowledge, Spanish proficiency, SAN/iSCSI experience
