Position Summary
We're looking for an experienced HVAC technician with 6 years of residential and light commercial experience. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently perform complete system installations, service calls, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs while delivering outstanding customer service.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works neatly, communicates well with customers, and believes in doing the job right the first time. Experience is important, but character and integrity matter just as much.
Responsibilities
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and service work.
- Provide professional, friendly customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Represent Maverick's Heating and Air with honesty, professionalism, and pride.
Qualifications
- 6 years of residential and light commercial HVAC experience.
- Ability to independently complete installations and service calls.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail.
