Summary
We are seeking to add a engaged, driven and passionate personal account manager to our team. We would welcome the right candidate at an entry level or experienced level, as well as a candidate currently working for a captive carrier for the position.

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage client accounts, including communication with clients, carriers, and team members.
- Offer advice and assistance with policy renewals, changes, and coverage needs.
- Ensure consistent and accurate documentation of all processes in management systems.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and achieve team goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have a current and active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Must have at least 2 years in current position in personal insurance Account Management or Customer Service experience.
- Technical knowledge of all lines of personal coverages for experienced level position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Compensation:
Entry Level: No positions at this level available at this time
Mid-Level / Experienced: $55,000.00 - $72,500 per year - depending upon personal specific experience.
