Position
We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our production equipment running reliably and efficiently.
This role is not just about reacting to break downs - you will:
- Troubleshoot issues
- Be empowered to fix things the right way and get to root causes
- Help improve how our machines fundamentally run day-to-day

What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and/or electrical equipment.
- Respond to production downtime and get lines back up quickly
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce repeat issues
- Diagnose root causes - not just replace parts
- Support line changeovers and equipment setup
- Communicate clearly with production and leadership during issues
- Follow all safety procedures (LOTO, etc.)
What We're Looking for
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability
- Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve equipment issues
- Demonstrated ability to fix problems once and prevent repeat failures
Nice to Have (We Will Help Train)
- Electrical troubleshooting / PLCs
- Experience with conveyors, fillers, cappers, or packaging equipment
- Preventative Maintenance Program experience

Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30AM (2nd shift).
- Starting pay will depend on experience
- Full-time, onsite
