Poker Dealer - Maverick Casino & Hotel Elko
Pay Range: $12 per hour tips
*Housing options available after 90 days*
How You’ll Succeed
· No experience necessary, will train.
· Passion for delivering a fun, energetic, and positive gaming experience for guests! If you’re having fun, so will your customers!
· You’re a math wizard that uses your skills to collect bets and exchange currency for gaming chips!
· Confidently take ownership of your table’s safety and security. Use your keen attention to detail to promote a safe gaming space.
· Avid poker player? Use your accumulated knowledge of the game, to follow local gaming laws and regulations and internal controls as a poker dealer.
· We are looking for the right person to be a team member with high energy, a great attitude and desire to have fun at work and be part of Maverick Gaming!
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have previous gaming experience and knowledge that includes:
· High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
· Minimum six months dealing experience preferred, but not required.
· Just be 21 years of age or older.
· Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming License.
· Working knowledge of cash handling and knowledge of State of Nevada Gambling regulations and rules.
