Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify mechanical and electrical issues on motorcycles.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire replacements, brake repairs, suspension adjustments, and vehicle inspections.
• Repair or replace faulty components using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques to ensure optimal motorcycle performance.
• Assemble new motorcycles or parts accurately following manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Assist with heavy lifting of motorcycle parts and components safely while adhering to proper ergonomic practices.
• Communicate effectively with customers about repairs needed, service timelines, and maintenance recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all repairs performed, ensuring transparency and traceability.

Experience

• Proven dealership experience or service technician background working with motorcycles or similar vehicles.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems including brakes, suspension, electrical wiring, engines, and chassis components.
• Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics tools and troubleshooting procedures.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and assembly fixtures.
• Demonstrated ability to perform vehicle maintenance tasks efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
• Customer service experience that emphasizes clear communication and professionalism.
